CareerBoard.com Selected as one of the Best Employment Sites

CLEVELAND- CareerBoard, the third largest local job board in the US, has been selected for inclusion in WEDDLE’s 2007/8 Guide to Employment Sites on the Internet. WEDDLE’s, is an annual guide to the top recruitment sites on the Internet, published by Peter Weddle. It is a significant achievement for both CareerBoard and its sister-site, Computerwork, to be recognized as a valued recruitment and employment resource among its online peers.

Through out the years, CareerBoard has remained on top of its local market strategy and continued to bring local talent to its customers, averaging nearly 200,000 unique visitors to the site per month. CareerBoard currently has a resume database of more than 165,000 active resumes, about 6,000 active jobs on the site and continues to progress daily.

WEDDLE’s, a research, publishing, consulting and training firm, helps recruiters and job seekers utilize online resources for recruiting, retention, business development and job search. This year, more than 3,000 recruitment sites were considered for the guide, but only 350 sites were recognized as the best employment sites for the 07/08 publication.

Similarly, each site selected for the Job Seeker's Guide is profiled with a half page of information designed to help those seeking a new or better job. Readers can, as a result, easily and accurately compare sites to one another and select those that will work best for them.
