CareerBoard Leases Expanded Space for Growth

(CLEVELAND, OH) – JobServe USA, known as CareerBoard.com and Computerwork.com, is getting ready to relocate into an updated, more expansive facility to accommodate the future growth of the organization.

The new headquarters at 23225 Mercantile Road, Beachwood, Ohio will open during the month of March 2007. The majority of JobServe’s growing team of 23 will reside in the property of 8,700 sq. ft. for a 5-year lease.

“We’ve had many happy years here on Chagrin Blvd., but we’re excited about the expansion of our company and nearly doubling the size of our building” said Founder of CareerBoard.com and President of JobServe USA Ltd, Peter Tuttle.

Within the last year, CareerBoard has undergone tremendous growth. In May 2006, CareerBoard.com was acquired by the world’s first Internet recruitment site, JobServe UK. Soon after CareerBoard became the headquarters for JobServe USA Ltd, which includes the niche IT site Computerwork.com (www.computerwork.com). Since the acquisition the staff has grown from 12 to 23 employees, growth of more than 90 percent.

Omni-Northern, LTD is the owner of the JobServe’s new home. The previous occupant, interactive marketing firm, DigiKnow, has moved to a larger location in downtown Cleveland.
