Clinical Nurse Manager

What you need:
- Two to four years of clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting.
- Previous nursing management experience preferred.
- Possess computer skills and experience with the Microsoft Office package.
- Must be a graduate of an approved nursing program and maintain a current state license.

What you'll be doing:
- Responsible for supporting and promoting the mission, vision and values of our organization
- Acts as a resource to both nursing staff and other health care professional to provide continuous quality care.
- Assures quality patient outcomes through the development and implementation of clinical standards, the provision of quality improvement activities, and by devising innovative and cost effective approaches to clinical practice and health care delivery systems.
- Direct contact with patients, visitors, physicians, patient care team members and employees at all levels.
- Contact with customers and potential customers at all levels, and representatives from other hospitals
- Participates with the Directors and other Clinical Managers to develop and implement institutional, divisional, and department or unit goals.
- Assists in developing a cost-effective departmental budget and operates within its parameters
