You will work in an upbeat, professional team environment supporting the technical aspects of project implementation and providing ongoing support for our client base. This position is high-level help desk/customer focused and requires strong diagnostic skills, excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency.

Responsibilities:

Level-3 Escalations In Our Customer Support Group

Provide leadership and training for our Customer Support Team

Interact with IT and Network Security Managers at our client companies

Diagnose and correct Network/Network Security/Firewall Routing and other complex technical issues

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of business processes/standards/testing requirements

Qualifications:

Proficient in both Linux-based and MS Networking

Experience with the OSI model and network topology

Familiarity with VPN options including ssl and IPSec

Understanding of Corporate Network Security practices and common data encryption standards

Experience in applying various methods of routing traffic through firewalls, including DMZs and Routing Rules

Strong customer service heart" and the confidence and professionalism to interface with our industrial client base at many organizational levels

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, backed up by strong organizational and time
management capabilities.

Ability to earn the client's trust and confidence during training and support calls.
