Mid-size professional services firm seeks an applications Trainer/Help Desk Analyst. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, familiarity with Worldox and Interaction, and excellent interpersonal skills. Experience with Summation and Microsoft Visio highly desired. Previous application testing experience is a plus.
