Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Business System Analyst in the greater Cleveland area. The candidate will translate business requirements into effective computer systems through designing, developing, and implementing computer solutions, which enhance our client's productivity.

This individual will:

Design and analyze systems and develop detailed program specifications and documentation to solve User s problem.

Convert programming specifications into high quality programs, which meet the standards for maintainability, performance and clarity.

Provide application support for the following applications: BaaN, EDI, Web, Unix Shell scripting, Jetform/JetTrac, SQL, Microsoft, .NET and Crystal to ensure those applications continue to meet the business needs for our client.

Design, develop, and implement ad hoc solutions to satisfy user requests for specialized services.

Qualified candidates should possess:

Four Year Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science preferred.

Basic knowledge and understanding of various programming language, operating systems and hardware functions.

Five + years previous work experience with ERP systems preferred.

Ability to work effectively in a team oriented fast-paced environment.

Ability to establish priorities for tasks at hand and satisfy demands/needs of the User community.

Must have excellent analytical skills and excellent documentation skills.

This is a key position where we are focused on adding bench strength to the department for the long term. It will require not only the technical expertise but also the managerial know how to be successful.

Skill Set Requirements:

• Our client is a .NET shop and programming Visual Studio tools.
• C# and VB.NET are key programming languages.
• SQL Server 2005 and SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) tools are also a plus.
• Knowledge in Dynamics AX is a bonus
