Job Description
Areas of responsibility encompass sample fulfillment, development and maintenance of a product library, bulk mailings, and marketing assistance.
- Assist with picking and shipping sample orders; receive and inspect new samples for quality control
- Maintain a filing system for the swatching control samples; communicate with customer service on sample orders
- Develop a sample library; research crossover alternatives for customers
- Develop a crossover matrix of major brands for alternative selections; update for new and discontinued items
- Understand bulk mailing process and requirements; coordinate all projects requiring bulk mailings.
- Develop and implement a checklist of the policies, restrictions and procedures for bulk mailings to be distributed to all managers
- Work with sales and marketing to develop a monthly promotion for sample fulfillment

In addition, our ideal candidate will possess an Associate/Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Interior Design, or Art (a combination of these would be ideal). Minimum 2 years work experience.
