Job Description

Our growing company is seeking experienced store management candidates for stores in the metro Columbus area.

Successful candidates will posess the following skills:

Customer service oriented with ability to deal with a variety of people every day

Knowledge of the grocery business preferred

Ability to manage the financial assets of the store

Ability to delegate and follow up to insure compliance with directives

Ability to interview, hire and train employees

Ability to operate front office computers including Excell, Word, E-mail, Fax copiers

Ability to manage labor to achieve company objectives

Abilty to create a team atmosphere throughout the operation

Ability to follow through with assigned tasks

Ability to manage inventories

Ability to control expenses

Ability to manage profitability for assigned store

Ability to operate a cash register

Ability to manage cash assets 

Ability to read, write and speak English

Ability to stand on one's feet for long periods of time

Ability to work in temperature extremes

Shelf Stocking is required

Knowledge or meat and produce operations a plus
