Job Description:
WebFeat (www.webfeat.org) the leading provider of federated search engine systems to leading libraries and Global 1000 information centers has an opportunity available for a Client Service Representative.
This person is responsible for ensuring that WebFeat clients are happy with their WebFeat products and services. Our Client Service Representatives are responsible for providing premium level pro-active and reactive customer service to WebFeat's clients and partners. The CSRs will respond immediately to client requests and will coordinate between clients, developers and management as needed to quickly obtain solutions to client requests and questions and follow-up with client to ensure that problems have been resolved to the client's satisfaction. Our CSRs are known for providing "over the top" service to their clients.
Requirements:
Strong customer service orientation: develop and
maintain high profile and complex client
relationships
Strong project management skills
Effectively anticipate and resolve client needs
and expectations
Experience working in firm deadline-driven
environments
Experience with project multi-tasking and ability
to handle pressure
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Excellent technical skills:
- Demonstrated ability to quickly obtain
comprehensive product knowledge necessary to
instantly answer any question regarding
configuring or maintaining the product, as well
as product features and capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to assist clients in
configuring all aspects of an information
technology product. Ability to configure
systems using a web based administrative
console, solid knowledge of commercial
databases, catalogs, and database/end user
authentication.
- Entry-level proficiency in HTML and JavaScript
is a plus. Knowledge of OpenURL link resolvers
and bibliographic citation management packages
Proficiency with all Microsoft office
applications and all major web browsers
College graduate. Minimum 1 year experience in a
client support role
Compensation: $30K - $35K
